The Management Recruitment Group was established in the UK in 2007. From our inception, we have been focused on the search and selection of leadership appointments across a variety of sectors.

Headquartered in London, our UK business is made up of over 45 experienced sector specialists located across the country. It is from this office, our hub, that we have developed and launched our global expansion strategy, intending to connect our UK clients and candidates locally and internationally.

The UK office also serves as a base for our three niche brands; University People and Bid Recruitment launched in 2019 and our most recent launch Schools Leadership in June 2023.

Operating in such a highly competitive and complex market, our mission is to do things differently, and we truly believe that it’s our people, our process and our experience in recruitment that sets us apart.
