Meeting the demands of our customers

In 2022, we launched our resourcing hub in South Africa to support the operations of several MRG teams. This model allows us to quickly scale up to meet the demands of volume, niche or senior recruitment mandates.

Being on the ground in South Africa offers a strategic advantage —recruiting from the local market and adding additional firepower to our international resourcing capabilities.

We have also recently expanded our offering in South Africa to enable us to work with clients locally, combining our global expertise to find solutions for their workforce challenges.
