An emphasis on ED&I runs through all our recruitment processes, utilising our selection matrix which focuses on core competencies and is weighted for the specific role in partnership with the hiring manager. We also use Thomas International personal profile analysis to compile the most diverse shortlist possible. All our staff, as part of the MRG induction, undertake unconscious bias training. One of the most recent initiatives we’ve run in partnership with our higher education clients has been anonymised shortlists.
