About Ben
Since joining MRG in 2008 I have specifically focussed on working with organisations with a social cause, be that education, healthcare, not-for-profit, social infrastructure or public services institutions, on the recruitment of leadership roles predominantly in the real estate space and on occasion other corporate services leadership roles. Alongside this I’m proud to have been a board member of MRG since 2014 during which time we have seen fantastic advancement and diversification of the business.
I deliver campaigns for senior leadership roles from Education through to the Arts, Culture & Heritage sector. Some of my recent appointments have included the Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities Management at the University of Sussex and the Director of Property and Asset Management at University College London.
I have 17 years experience in the recruitment industry, with 14 of those being spent at MRG, having joined the business in 2008.
