MRG are partnering with a large UK based Real Estate organisation with national portfolio of residential assets in their search for a Head of Strategy & Business Performance. The company are a large residential developer and operator that pride themselves on true partnership with the organisations that they work alongside in the sector. With a large corporate structure, they are well geared to provide consistent results for their investors in a very stable asset class. ESG is high on the agenda with this organisation, with clear plans set out to hit ambitious targets in the near future.
The Opportunity
This senior leadership role, reporting directly into the CEO will support with the devising and writing of long term strategy for the organisation. Business and operational planning will play a huge part in this role, supporting key stakeholders to provide direction and key performance indicators for the organisation moving forward. The internal communication and marketing of this strategy is critical and has to be delivered in a style that is digestible and inspiring for all that work towards it.
Monitoring business performance at senior level through detailed financial and people appraisal will fall under the remit of this role, presenting findings in a structured way to the board. You will support the Chief Executive with a range of strategic documents and projects designed to improve and impact organisational performance throughout the company.
We are looking for a candidate that has an exceptionally high level of stakeholder management capability, with the ability to influence board level decision makers. The candidate will be educated to degree level and have high levels of literacy, commercial and financial acumen.
