As the Head of 22 Bishopsgate, you’re the custodian of our vision, embodying our ethos of putting people first. You’ll drive service excellence, cultivate client relationships, and champion a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Through close collaboration with JLL’s property management team and the client, you will play a crucial role in establishing strategies to continuously improve performance of the on-site team, managing all service issues within the property and acting as a primary client representative to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Client Vision & Branding: Curate and champion the client’s vision and brand for 22 Bishopsgate.
  • Service Delivery & Optimisation: Oversee performance, satisfaction, and relationships with customers and service partners.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure operational costs, risks, and service levels are continuously reviewed, benchmarked, and optimised.
  • Cultural Leadership: Foster and nurture the 22 Bishopsgate culture, promoting a balance of inspiration and approachability.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage the property management team and service partners.
  • Financial Management: Drive revenue maximisation, cost control, and financial performance through strategic planning and budget management.
  • Community Engagement: Maintain close relationships with tenants, amenity operators, and the wider City of London community.
