I’m a Real Estate Executive Search and People Development consultant. I joined MRG in 2013 after working at two smaller executive search firms. I’m motivated by working closely with clients to support talent acquisition, candidate assessment, and the development of high-performing leadership teams.

The real estate sector shapes how we live, work, learn, and relax, so contributing to the organisations behind these spaces is deeply rewarding. I enjoy solving complex recruitment challenges using proven methods and innovative solutions.

I also lead MRG’s international operations, working with teams across multiple regions to drive growth, ensure consistency, and deliver value to both local and global clients. While our teams are geographically spread, the MRG DNA is present in every location.

What makes MRG 'Different by Design'?

“Different by Design” means something quite simple to me. Yes, we have lots of arrows in the quiver to ensure our processes are first class and will significantly increase our chances of making outstanding appointments.
But the truth is, none of that matters without our people. It's their commitment, passion, and kindness that set us apart.
Over the last few years, my view of success has shifted.
It’s no longer just about outcomes—it’s about how we get there, who we bring with us, and the culture we build along the way. For me, being “Different by Design” is about making sure our people, our values, and our ambition reflect that evolution.

How do you add value to your customers?

Hopefully by offering honest and insightful views on the market, finding candidates outside of the obvious and being able to provide significantly detailed analysis of candidate shortlists to ensure hiring decisions are based on facts, data and information.

Is there a particular project that you have been involved in that you're proud of?

Far too many to pick just one from a client standpoint. Internally, I’m very proud of the fantastic people I’m lucky enough to work with on a daily basis. Recruitment isn’t always the easiest profession and the teams I have regular contact with are first and foremost excellent people, which is a pretty good starting point not just in recruitment but in life generally.
