I’m a Business Director in MRG’s Real Estate team, specialising in Commercial Real Estate, Living Assets, and Property Management. I have extensive experience delivering both complex multi-hire campaigns and one-off strategic hires, partnering with asset owners, managing agents, and developers.
With particular expertise in campaign planning and candidate identification, I’m known for matching the right people to the right roles. I’ve worked on some of Central London’s most iconic developments, including 22 Bishopsgate, Kings Cross, and Chelsea Barracks, and have led multi-role mandates such as 40 Leadenhall and The Whiteley.

What makes MRG 'Different by Design'?
MRG feels different because we are not tied to one rigid way of working. We’ve built a business that evolves with the market, and we always adapt how we work to suit our clients. Whether it’s building international teams remotely, introducing new technology into our process, or tailoring our search model, we focus on what works best for each project. We are process-driven, but we stay flexible and collaborative, which makes a real difference.
How do you add value to your customers?
For me, adding value is about consistency and trust. In my early days of recruitment, I learned that long-term relationships are built on delivering more than what’s expected. That’s something I still apply today. We stay close to the market, bring our clients insight and honest advice, and aim to act as a true extension of their brand. We always want to get the detail right and build teams that make a lasting impact.
Is there a particular project that you have been involved in that you're proud of?
I’m particularly proud of the multi-hire campaigns we’ve delivered for assets like 40 Leadenhall and The Whiteley. These campaigns allowed us to build out entire teams and become fully embedded in the client’s journey. From planning and storytelling through to delivery, I worked across multiple leadership and operational roles, helping to shape teams that reflect the values of each asset. It’s incredibly rewarding to see those hires in place and performing well.
