I am an Associate Director at MRG, specialising in senior appointments within the PBSA and Residential Living sectors. With over 19 years of experience in recruitment focused on the property sector, I have carved out a long-standing network of loyal candidates and clients.
I was a Founding Director at a London-based property recruitment consultancy. For 13 years, I managed and developed large teams and recruited into various property businesses, including consultancies, operators, developers, charities, agencies, and investors. I consequently ran my own property recruitment business for five years before joining MRG. I understand the challenges of recruiting and retaining the highest calibre of people and enjoy working with clients on talent attraction and retention strategies.
With a natural and personable approach, I listen, think, and advise to create a positive impact on everyone I work with.
