This is an iconic redeveloped Thames-side landmark that's redefining contemporary workspaces. When complete, it will provide over 90,000sqft of Grade A office space, bright and airy communal spaces and retail/leisure facilities.
At TBC.London, sustainability isn't just a buzzword – it's a way of life. Developed by FORE Partnership, a visionary real estate investment boutique, TBC.London stands as a testament to sustainable design and innovation. With its net-zero carbon footprint and electric-powered operations and with no fossil fuels used in running the property, this building paves the way for the future of sustainable workspace management. Designed by architect Stiff + Trevillion, the project is targeting EPC A and BREEAM Outstanding, the highest possible environmental assessments.

As the Building Manager you'll lead the charge in maintaining TBC.London's standards of excellence. From overseeing day-to-day operations to fostering community engagement, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping TBC.London's identity as a beacon of sustainability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead on-site operations and maintenance, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Drive community engagement initiatives, leveraging TBC.London's mixed-use facilities.
- Collaborate with Savills and partners to facilitate a smooth operational transition.
- Lead the pre-opening phase through to mobilisation and full occupancy of occupiers alongside your on-site team, upholding TBC.London's values and brand.
