A unique opportunity has arisen for a visionary facilities professional to oversee key operational services of one of the world's most esteemed Estates – Chelsea Barracks. With unparalleled dining, amenities, and state-of-the-art leisure facilities, Chelsea Barracks sets a new benchmark for residential living.
We are in search of a customer-centric Head of Services to lead operational excellence and soft services provisions at Chelsea Barracks. The ideal candidate will possess inspirational leadership qualities, alongside the ability to cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, commercial and residential occupants, contractors, visitors, and the wider community. The Head of Services will also spearhead the Estate’s Health and Safety efforts, partnering with the General Manager in all facets, from overseeing the H&S platform to conducting audits and ensuring compliance, all while setting a precedent for safety consciousness. This role requires resilience, diplomacy, and a commitment to upholding the legacy of one of London's most distinguished developments.
If you have:
- Proven expertise in steering large organisations towards delivering exceptional operational excellence including provision of soft services; managing housekeeping and landscaping contracts etc.
- High level contractor management acumen, ensuring quality, compliance, value, and operational deliverance
- Demonstrable experience in facilities management and supporting with onsite / CAPEX project, this includes supervising contractors, reviewing RAMS, risk assessments, method statements, permits to work etc.
- Demonstrable experience understanding, interpreting and preparing complex reports and plans.
