Central London Contract Director – Property & Asset Management
Are you an experienced and commercially astute leader, passionate about managing premium assets in Central London? Join a leading Managing Agent as the Central London Contract Director for Property & Asset Management and take on the challenge of overseeing a diverse portfolio of iconic buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational excellence across a 20 million sqft portfolio, exceeding client expectations.
- Act as the main ambassador for clients, aligning their interests with exceptional service delivery.
- Develop and maintain meaningful client relationships, incorporating the latest ESG and technology trends.
- Oversee the implementation of ESG/sustainability initiatives in line with strategic ambitions.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Management team for exemplary site operations.
- Drive a customer-centric approach, working with the Customer Experience Lead to implement a sector-wide strategy.
- Foster collaboration with colleagues, leveraging expertise to drive performance improvement.
- Conduct regular property inspections, identify asset management opportunities, and ensure quality service delivery.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Commercially astute with experience managing high-quality Central London assets.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and emotional intelligence in leading high-performing teams.
- Proactive decision-maker with problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge in property mobilisation, risk management, and premium asset experience.
- Understanding of property, facilities, and estate management, including legislation.
- Excellent influencing, change management, and networking skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a drive to achieve results.
- Approachable, empathetic, diplomatic, and a good listener.
