What makes MRG 'Different by Design'?
Since joining MRG, one thing that really stood out to me is how intentional everything is, from how we structure our teams to how we engage with clients. It's not just about ticking boxes, it's about truly understanding people and organisations.
To me, ‘Different by Design’ sums that up perfectly. We take the time to get to know our clients’ culture, strategy, and challenges, which means we can go beyond job specs and find people who genuinely fit. And we do the same for our candidates, focusing on their ambitions and strengths, not just their CVs. That approach builds trust on both sides.
We’re not built for quick wins, everything we do is about long-term value.
How do you add value to your customers?
For me, adding value starts with listening. I take the time to really understand what each client needs - not just the role, but the bigger picture for example their culture, structure, and what success looks like for them. That way, I can provide talent that genuinely supports their goals.
Ultimately, the value comes from building trust and delivering outcomes that last and not just filling a role, but helping organisations grow with the right people in place.
