About this Role:
On behalf of our client, The Management Recruitment Group is looking for a visionary Coastal Development Manager who is ready to make an impact in the world of leisure and entertainment. As the Coastal Development Manager, you'll be at the helm of one of the most ambitious projects in the region, overseeing the design, construction, and operation of an iconic oceanarium that will captivate visitors from around the globe.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of all aspects of the oceanarium project, from conceptualization to completion.
- Collaborate with world-class Architects, Engineers, and Marine Biologists to ensure the oceanarium exceeds international standards of excellence.
- Develop innovative and immersive exhibits that showcase the wonders of marine life, providing an unforgettable experience for guests of all ages.
Background, Skills, and Qualification:
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale development projects, preferably in the leisure and entertainment industry.
- Bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering, Marine Biology, or related field
- Passion for marine conservation and commitment to creating enriching experiences that inspire wonder and appreciation for the ocean.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English
