Is there a particular project that you have been involved in that you're proud of?
One project I’m particularly proud of is supporting the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) development through a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement with Lendlease. As part of this major urban regeneration project, I was responsible for delivering full-cycle recruitment across key project and construction functions. It was a high-profile, fast-paced environment that required deep market knowledge, close client collaboration, and agility in talent delivery. I’m proud to have consistently met hiring targets and built strong relationships with both stakeholders and candidates, contributing to the successful build-out of one of Malaysia’s most iconic mixed-use developments.
