The best way to predict the future is to create it.

Q&A With Hannah

What makes MRG 'Different by Design'?

MRG sets itself apart with a consultative, inclusive approach to recruitment, focusing on long-term partnerships and sector expertise. Our global reach, commitment to diversity, and tailored strategies make us deliberately different by design.

How has your career at MRG progressed?

Since joining MRG in 2020, my career has evolved significantly. I began as a Practice Manager specialising in Student Accommodation and quickly progressed to Senior Practice Manager, supported by a strong culture and clearly defined development pathways.

In 2024, I transitioned to lead the Sustainability and Energy desk, where I delivered on a number of high-profile campaigns, including appointments such as Head of Energy & Environment at AELTC (Wimbledon), Associate Director of Sustainability at the University of Oxford, and Director of Energy at UPP, alongside many others.

In May 2026, I had the opportunity to move into MRG’s niche Bid Recruitment team, where I currently specialise in sourcing talent across the bid and work-winning sector.

How do you add value to your customers?

I add value to my customers by combining deep market insight with a consultative approach. I don’t just fill roles, I partner with clients and candidates to understand their long-term goals, values, and challenges. I aim to be a trusted advisor who contributes to their success beyond recruitment.
