With a proven track record of delivering results throughout the full real estate development lifecycle, I bring both industry insight and recruitment expertise to every mandate.
As Country Manager and Regional Leader for MRG Asia, I lead our strategic growth from the Kuala Lumpur office, overseeing P&L, client relationships, team leadership, and brand presence. With nearly two decades of recruitment experience, I’ve successfully delivered a wide range of solutions, including retained executive search appointments, exclusive niche roles, scalable hiring via RPO and Recruitment-as-a-Service models, and talent advisory across diverse markets in Asia and the Middle East.

What makes MRG 'Different by Design'?
We’re deliberately specialised with a forensic approach, focusing on key sectors within real estate, infrastructure, and the built environment. How has your career at MRG progressed?
I began my journey with MRG over four years ago as a business Director in Malaysia, I then expanded into the Middle East Market, supporting , managing and delivering mandates for various Giga Projects, specifically in Saudi Arabia. My most recent role I have moved into a leadership role as the Country Manager and Regional Leader of Southeast Asia.
What's the emerging trend in your sector specialism and how are you responding to this?
Southeast Asia’s data centre industry is currently the fastest-growing market in the region, as it continues its rapid expansion, the demand for specialised talent has never been more pressing. Navigating this complex sector requires talent support that can demonstrate deep industry
insight, regional awareness, and trusted connections with top-tier professionals which we are heavily involved in.
How do you add value to your customers?
I began my journey with MRG over four years ago as a Business Director, initially focused on Malaysia and the broader Southeast Asia market. Within a year, I expanded my remit to include to the Middle East, stepping into a wider Business Director role. During this time, I led and delivered executive search mandates for several high-profile Giga Projects, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
Now, as Country Manager and Regional Leader for South & East Asia as well as the broader Pacific region, I am responsible for driving growth across the region, overseeing team performance, and expanding MRG’s market presence. In addition to leading the Asia business, I continue to actively support our Middle East team, contributing to strategic mandates and client delivery across the Gulf region.
Is there a particular project that you have been involved in that you're proud of?
I am proud to have been involved in the world's largest Giga Project and being part of account managing a specific region within this development. Successfully placing numerous Senior Leadership and management professionals during this period.
