I am a Business Director at MRG specialising within the Residential and Living Assets sector.
I have extensive experience in the residential market, having worked on numerous recruitment projects across the UK, Australia and US over the last nine years. I've partnered with many leading companies within: PBSA, Co-Living, BTR, PRS and later Living. I specialise in and have a proven track record in facilitating senior appointments across Acquisition, Development, Investment, Asset Management, Estates & Property Management.
I have spent the past 3 years working for a residential real estate specialist heading up their Development & Delivery team. I've recently taken the next naturally progressive step in my career moving into a senior search capacity that will allow me to focus my time on building robust long-term relationships and working on senior level search assignments.
I have a passion for problem solving and bring an innovative approach to my work, developing tailored solutions and delivering successful campaigns that have helped my clients achieve their goals through their most important asset—their people. I do this by utilising a deep understanding of the sector, a rigorous approach, and a very strong network of contacts across the industry.
