To manage projects assigned (New Installation / MOD) to completion with focus on safe operations, timely delivery, quality installation and within the allocated cost.
Project Management
- Evaluate and mitigate contract terms and risk.
- Project owner – deliver profitable jobs on time and provide mitigation plan for any risk arise.
- Plan, Scheduling & Implement quality installations leading to handover to customers. Include updating plan dates in SPN.
- Arrange, plan, procure and assign resources (include fitter and T&C).
- Client/MC/Consultant liaison.
- Plan and drive Authority inspection for FPY – Schedule, value, and quality.
- Subcontractor/fitters liaison, monitoring and negotiation.
- Order and control expenditure of cost. (note PRP approval)
- Drive cashflow, plan for claim and payment collection. Drive for profitability.
- Plan for TECO and all related process to handover equipment to maintenance team.
- Follow up Defect closure for Customer, EI and SAIS
- Delegation of tasks to PE and NISV/NISS and monitoring compliance.
- WIP update
- Able to lead and guide a team effectively towards meeting project completion period and achieve financial goal.
Safety Compliance by Main and Sub Contractor
- To ensure Main contractor & Sub-contractor comply on Safety requirements
- To ensure all Installation and overall works comply with Safety Requirements.
Occupational health and safety
- Develop and Enforce Safety Plan. (Implement for site without PE) – Safety Responsible.
