Job Role / Requirements:

1. An understanding of Macau codes, best practices, and building code guidelines.
2. Effective stakeholder management skills.
3. Experience in managing fast-track projects within Macau.
4. Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies.
5. Ability to manage project implementation plans.
6. Comprehensive understanding of technical interfaces relevant to large-scale construction, design, program, and budget control.
7. Professional qualifications where applicable.
8. Liaison with an international team across Asia.
9. Previous experience in client or consultancy project management preferred.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements

1. Salary is negotiable.
2. Minimum of 12 years’ experience in construction and/or A&A/ renovation works.
3. Proficiency in stakeholder management is essential.
4. Experience in program and cost management is a must.
5. Immediate to one-month availability required.
6. Fluency in both English and Cantonese.
7. Eligibility to work in Macau is required.
8. Preference for candidates with hospitality experience.
