Our recruitment processes are unique and play a vital role in why we’re chosen by the biggest and best-known companies in our sector. It’s important to us that we not only help our clients hire the right people but that we also ensure the process is objective, data-led, and water-tight. This ideology underpins our whole process, which is comprised of four key aspects.

 

Identification

To run a successful search, we believe a well-thought-out process and a blueprint of the role needs to be created. Our in-house MRG Weighted Matching Matrix System helps our clients turn a one-dimensional job or person specification into that winning blueprint.

This drives decisions to be made based on evidence and data, rather than gut feeling and assumption, as well as providing the client with a tool to compare candidates’ skills.

 

Audience

It’s a crowded and loud marketplace, and so it’s vital for us that our client’s roles stand out.

Over the last 15 years, we’ve developed a successful method of reaching a wide and diverse audience for each role. Our bespoke digital candidate packs act as an attraction tool to potential candidates, providing additional details of the job description, company, and outlines the recruitment process.

Selection

Successful recruitment is all about making the right decisions, at the right time, and we believe the best way to do this is by implementing the correct process. Capture

We believe our 96% completion rate is largely down to our blueprint identifying the correct candidates, followed by a well-managed process. This results in our final capture stage running smoothly; however, we still remain just as vigilant at this stage as any other.

Our expert team ensures they support and coach the individuals involved to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
