About Station Hill

Station Hill is one of the largest ever development projects seen in the Thames Valley and will deliver a truly sustainable eco-system of blended uses that complement one another, setting a new benchmark for regional regeneration and creating a true capital of the Southeast.

The project comprises best-in-class office space, a new residential community, artisanal retailers, restaurants and fitness providers all set around a new public square and pedestrian link between the town centre and station, creating a network of complimentary uses built upon their pillars of Sustainability, Wellness and Technology.
