The Management Recruitment Group (MRG)’s niche brand, Schools Leadership, has grown from strength to strength since its launch six months ago. We are thrilled to have Kirsty Hassan joining the team as Senior Manager and adding her 12 years of experience in the independent schools sector. Kirsty will specialise in placing non-academic professionals at senior levels in independent schools, focusing on roles in marketing, admissions, and development.
Kirsty’s notable career achievements encompass serving as an AMCIS Fellow and previously chairing the AMCIS Board. She gained national acclaim for her effective marketing strategies, particularly the transformative rebranding of a school. This initiative not only revitalised the school’s image but also led to a substantial increase in pupil registrations and conversions, marking it as a significant accolade in her career. Kirsty is also passionate about admissions and customer service, having successfully transformed processes in multiple schools to achieve significant growth. Additionally, she has played a key role in driving alumni engagement and fundraising activities.
