Reporting to the Head of Masterplanning – White City, this newly created post is responsible for the development and implementation of the White City building services infrastructure strategies in accordance with College standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that all engineering services are reliable, cost effective, energy efficient and sustainable.  

Main areas of focus include:? 

  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure that the building services design principles align with the site wide and/or utilities services strategies. 

  • Coordinate the activities for the appointed engineering services consultants, including the input of the Estates, Maintenance, Engineering, Energy and Environment, Sustainability, Security and ICT teams.  

  • Consult with the Head of Engineering, Energy and Environment to ensure that engineering services infrastructure strategies and standards align with the College’s environmental strategies.  

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in developing and implementing building services strategies across a similar complex and diverse estate portfolio.  You will ideally be educated to degree level in Mechanical or Electrical with demonstrable career professional development. This role will suit individuals with strong programme management skills with the ability to work across complex estates with a wide range of stakeholders.
