About the client
MRG is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor for a public sector client in Northamptonshire.
Accountabilities
Working across a diverse estate, accountabilities will include: –
- Delivery of building and condition surveys
- Work closely with asset teams
- Working on a range of refurbishments, capital projects and adaptations
- Investigations of building defects
- Negotiation of claims and contracts
Candidate Requirements
- Ideally RICS, CIOB or working towards
- Proven experience as a senior level building surveyor in a similar role
- Ideally client-side experience
