About the client
MRG Interim Executives are recruiting an Interim Lead Repairs Consultant for a housing association in Bedfordshire.
Accountabilities
- Responsible for the leadership of all aspects of this housing associations DLO including operations, delivery, performance, technical repairs and maintenance, management of voids and budgets
- Lead on stakeholder engagement
- Provide oversight for the procurement of contractors
Candidate Requirements
- Experience running a DLO in a housing setting
- Able to start at short notice
- Proven leadership skills
- Recognised building qualification or working towards
