ELV Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction and development projects in Macau. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Macau building codes, best practices, and guidelines, along with expertise in stakeholder management and Hospitality ELV Design and Construction Management. Experience in managing fast-track projects and coordinating with international teams across Asia is crucial.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with Macau building codes, best practices, and guidelines.
2. Manage stakeholders and effectively communicate project updates.
3. Oversee Hospitality ELV Design and Construction Management.
4. Lead fast-track projects, ensuring timely completion.
5. Develop and manage project implementation plans.
6. Coordinate technical interfaces for large-scale construction projects.
7. Control project budgets and schedules.
8. Liaise with an international team across Asia.
9. Utilize professional qualifications to enhance project management processes.
10. Manage client and consultancy projects, if necessary.
11. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
