What do you do at MRG?
I am a Recruitment Delivery Consultant in Malaysia. I will be supporting the search and recruiting talent for Real Estate Development and the Built Environment sectors.
What are you most proud about that you have achieved in your career to date?
I would say the skills that I am able to capture and learn during my journey in recruitment and I’m still exploring more industries and receiving knowledge from there.
How did you get into recruitment and why?
I achieved my diploma in Human Resources Management and I would like to explore that area, so I chose recruitment.
What energises you about working in this sector?
Being motivated by money, and the satisfaction of helping people to look for jobs and their hiring needs.
What’s the biggest thing that’s changed in recruitment since you started?
The technology that recruitment agencies use to organise their system and database.
What’s one thing that most people don’t know about you?
I love to go out and explore different kinds of food.
