About Leena
As a Business and People Manager, I have a key role in supporting the Managing Director and the respective team with recruitment campaign management-related activities, including project coordination and the crucial function of supporting candidates through campaign processes.
I have a wide range of responsibilities that involve overseeing the business operations on behalf of the Managing Director. Some of my key tasks include coordinating internal recruitment processes for MRG UK, assisting with pre-boarding paperwork and welcome packs, and ensuring that new starters comply with the company's rules and policies.
Additionally, I am responsible for managing the employee onboarding process. I liaise regularly with team members to provide change management support and report appropriate actions to our Director of Operations and Managing Director and our Business and L&D Manager to assist with putting forward an action plan.
I am currently studying for my CIPD—People Practice certification to develop my skills and knowledge further. At MRG, we are a values-driven, data-led company with a people-centric outlook. Therefore, it is my responsibility to ensure that our employees' experience, from the moment they join MRG and throughout their employment lifecycle, is positive and adds value to the company ethos.
