Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Warehouse Project

A leading Developer company specializing in industrial Building projects – warehouse. As we expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our warehouse project team.

Position Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager for the Warehouse project, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of the warehouse construction or renovation project from start to finish. You will work closely with stakeholders, including the executive team, clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reporting to management.
Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase orders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are met.
Conduct regular project meetings, provide status updates, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Resolve conflicts and facilitate problem-solving to ensure project goals are achieved.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, safety standards, and quality controls.
Lead and motivate project team members, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering warehouse or construction projects.
PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management is preferred.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
