As a Preconstruction Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning and coordination of projects for this construction contractor. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that these projects are executed to the highest standards, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Lead preconstruction activities, including cost estimating, budget development, and value engineering. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure project designs align with client expectations and requirements. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to mitigate potential challenges. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and procurement strategies. Manage tendering processes and contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. ASTA power projects experience is desirable.
They would consider a PM or engineer that wants to come off site and in house that can programme and has a technical understanding.
