Leasing and Tenant Liaison Manager

The Leasing and Tenant Liaison Manager is responsible for managing the leasing process and maintaining positive relationships with tenants. This role involves negotiating lease agreements, overseeing tenant move-ins and move-outs, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. The Leasing and Tenant Liaison Manager works closely with property management, maintenance staff, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient property operations and high occupancy rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing Management:

  • Market and promote available properties to prospective tenants through various channels.
  • Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries from potential tenants.
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions, prepare lease agreements, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain a database of prospective tenants and follow up to secure leases.

 

Tenant Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition process.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with tenants to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Organize and host tenant appreciation events and activities to foster a sense of community.

 

Property Management:

  • Work closely with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance and repair needs.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to schedule and oversee repairs and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

 

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of leases, tenant interactions, and property conditions.
  • Prepare and present reports on occupancy rates, lease renewals, and tenant feedback to the Director of Property Management.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning related to leasing and tenant services.

 

Conflict Resolution:

  • Address and resolve tenant complaints and disputes in a fair and effective manner.
  • Mediate conflicts between tenants and ensure a harmonious living environment.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Property Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
  • Prefer candidates with experience in companies with a similar conglomerate or family-owned business structure.
  • Corporate and retail experience is preferred.
