About the client:

A renowned Developer in the United Arab Emirates.  Deeply committed to developing premium Real Estate and work on large Residential projects – mainly low rise apartments, townhouses and villas.

Position overview:

Responsible for support functions through all stages of Architecture and Interior design in the generation of research, design studies, documentation, FF&E, drafting and library management as directed by the line manager.

Responsibilities:
Coordinating and supporting design activities across various disciplines within the design team.
Generating internal research and benchmarking documents alongside Design Manager
Producing test fits for layouts, design collateral, presentations, and project timelines.
Preparing and maintaining project schedules and approvals.
Researching and sourcing high quality interiors products including bespoke items, fittings, soft furnishings, lighting, furniture, sanitary ware, pictures, and accessories to designer’s brief and as required by the project.
Performing necessary coordination and reviewing on mock-ups, show apartments, villas or units for final implementation on the ground.

Qualifications:

Degree educated in Interior Design/Architecture & Graphic Design with minimum 5 years of experience.
A keen eye for details and proven expertise in space planning.
Proven ability to produce accurate and aesthetically pleasing presentations.
Proven UAE experience is essential, and candidate must have a good grasp of design considerations.
Strong competency in use of design software’s – AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup, MS Office.
