Job Title: HR Business Partner 
Engineering and Architectural Consultancy – Saudi National Preferred
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia   

  

Job Summary 

As the HR Business Partner, your role will be to manage the HR function and HR delivery and partner with the business leaders in KSA. 

The role actively supports, aligns, and contributes to the overall HR Strategy and collaborates and with other HR functions to better processes, and deliver a seamless service to stakeholders.  

Some travel will be required to other provinces across the Kingdom to serve local project delivery channels.   

The HR Business Partner will work together with the designated section of the business to advise, manage, and support the HR Operations requirements and process for those departments. The role will primarily drive and co-manage the full cycle of Talent Operations and support on Talent Management activities, including establishing strong partnerships with hiring the full cycle of Talent Operations and support on Talent Management activities. 

  

Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with the business leaders acting as a subject matter expert for Human Resource Management to build and contribute to the Saudi Arabia HR and business strategy   
  • Provide Employee Relations support, thought partnership, and coaching for all employees and levels of management in the organization 
  • Lead employee relations casework, identify potential solutions to address different case types and actions appropriately using guidelines 
  • Act as a change agent by looking for new ways to improve the employee experience and define   our employee value proposition 
  • Continually assess our existing policies, procedures, and programs and put forward recommendations to improve efficiencies and employee satisfaction. 
  • Lead the development of initiatives in line with Localization Strategy 
  • Stay abreast on local country employment laws, issues, and alerts to support the workforce effectively 
  • Report, advise, and collaborate with Corporate HR on in-country governance needs including but not limited to Labour law requirements, block visa requirements, Saudization requirements, Netaqat quotas, Qiwa, Tamheer, Hadaf, GOSi, etc 
  • Actively engaging and building strong relationships with internal clients and external stakeholders (Local leadership team, MHRSD, GOSI Authority, Tamheer, immigration and Jawazat, etc.)    
  • Work closely with the Talent Management Department on the Annual Performance Review Cycle. Work with senior stakeholders to ensure high quality objectives are set and individual performance is managed to these objectives culminating in a successful review cycle. 
  • Support ongoing learning, succession planning and development planning. 
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure internal and external recruiting strategies    result in relevant, high calibre candidates being identified 
  • Conduct HR orientation for newly deployed personnel 
  • Conduct out-processing with exiting employees 
  •  Act as a conduit for the effective resolution of Payroll related queries to the Payroll team 
  • Oversee benefits admin such as medical insurance and communication of changes in benefits (if different from previous years)   
  • Act as a coach and mentor to our people and provide advice and guidance to our leadership team, using HR data analytics, external benchmarks and best practice approaches to support decision-making 
  • To facilitate employee engagement initiatives and to drive an internal well-being culture across the Organization. 
  • Ensure completion of HR-related administrative tasks 

 

 Qualification 

  •  5 years’ experience within the field of HR/Talent Operations 
  •  Prior experience with Talent Management systems 
  •  Computer literate: competency in current MS Office packages 
  • Certifications 
  • CIPD, PHR or equivalent 
  • SHRM Or equivalent Membership 
  • Professional Experience 
  • In-depth knowledge of Country's Labor Law regulations related to human resources.
