Position Overview: We are representing our client in the search for a highly motivated Executive Director of Development for Entertainment Assets. The successful candidate will lead the strategic planning and execution of large-scale entertainment projects, ensuring alignment with the client's overall vision and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive development strategy for entertainment assets aligned with the client's vision and objectives.

  2. Project Management: Oversee the entire life cycle of entertainment projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of entertainment assets within the larger development.

  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, contractors, vendors, and other relevant partners.

  5. Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative and cutting-edge elements into entertainment projects.

  6. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and financial planning for entertainment assets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in Director- and Executive Director-level roles overseeing the development of entertainment assets.
  • Strong understanding of the entertainment industry, market trends, and consumer preferences.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and regulations is a plus.
