Position Overview: We are representing our client in the search for a highly motivated Executive Director of Development for Entertainment Assets. The successful candidate will lead the strategic planning and execution of large-scale entertainment projects, ensuring alignment with the client's overall vision and objectives.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in Director- and Executive Director-level roles overseeing the development of entertainment assets.
- Strong understanding of the entertainment industry, market trends, and consumer preferences.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and regulations is a plus.
