The Role
Development Project Manager – Covering the development and construction phase until handover and DLP.
Scope of responsibilities:
Project Planning and Strategy
Design and Planning
Project Execution and Monitoring
Contract Management
Quality Control and Compliance
Cost Management and Financial Control
Stakeholder Engagement
Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor / Master degree in Civil Engineering
- Documented management experience in a property developer
- Proven track record of starting and completing a high-rise development project
- Able to speak multiple Malaysian languages
