What do you do at MRG?
I support the Global and SA team as an Administrative Assistant.
What are you most proud about that you have achieved in your career to date?
I haven’t received any Awards or anything, but I take great pride in doing the little things with greatness.
How did you get into recruitment, and why?
My friend works for MRG and referred me for the administration role. I applied for the role because of my interest in human interaction and the opportunity for growth and development.
What energizes you about working in this sector?
Being an administrator in the recruitment industry means you get to learn a lot about human resources and the latest industry trends. You also get to network and meet people all over the world. This constant exposure offers ongoing chances for learning, making the job mentally engaging and interesting.
What’s the biggest thing that’s changed in recruitment since you started?
I would have to say the biggest change is globalisation and the integration of AI technology.
What’s one thing that most people don’t know about you?
I enjoy practicing Tai Chi.
What’s the best advice anyone has ever given you?
Protect your heart from being offended. If you have a grievance with someone, sort it out with that person. Don’t tell everybody else about it. And don’t piggyback on other people’s offenses.
What three words would your colleagues use to describe you?
Energetic, compassionate, and determined.
