What do you do at MRG?
I am a resourcing consultant within the construction and Real Estate sector.
What are you most proud about that you have achieved in your career to date?
I received recognition for falling under the top 10 new consultants within the AdVtech researching group (I received second place)
How did you get into recruitment, and why?
One of my friends that I worked with while studying referred me. I am good at sales and working with people, so he thought I would be a good match. (I think he also just wanted the referral fee 😉)
What energises you about working in this sector?
Being able to work with different types of people all over the globe and continually learning new things.
What’s the biggest thing that’s changed in recruitment since you started?
Recruitment is moving into a digital space. We can connect and work with people all over the world while not even being in the same location.
What’s one thing that most people don’t know about you?
I was selected to play in a short film.
What’s the best advice anyone has ever given you?
“It is supposed to be difficult, otherwise everyone would have been successful”
What three words would your colleagues use to describe you?
Positive, Motivated and Loyal.
