For eighteen years, we’ve worked hard to be the best at what we do, and to build a business that’s a great place to work, where people can be their real selves.

Our core UK search business in real estate, facilities, and development is the original heart of the group we started in 2007. Over the past five years, this has been complemented by our growing global teams, led by our business in Malaysia and, more recently, offices in Saudi Arabia and India. We’ve also launched MRG Consult, focused on leadership development, and built a strong support team in South Africa.

Our group includes niche brands like Bid Recruitment and University People, offering clients a range of solutions and providing exciting, challenging careers in recruitment.
