I am a Senior Practice Manager at MRG, recruiting Engineering and Maintenance leadership roles across both public and private sectors. With over a decade of experience in estates and facilities management recruitment, I joined MRG in December 2024.
I have a real passion and determination to help organisations deliver world-class estates throughout the UK by supporting their most important asset: their people.
Outside of work, I am a proud dad of two, a West Ham season ticket holder, and a big Baltimore Ravens fan.

What makes MRG 'Different by Design'?

We are a group of exceptional recruiters, who are subject-matter experts in our relevant fields. We deliver time and time again for our candidates and clients, building excellent relationships in doing so.
How has your career at MRG progressed?
I only joined MRG in December 2024, but have quickly discovered the amazing opportunity I have in both the short and long term. I have a clear development path and the opportunity to work with the best organisations in the UK and match those with engineering and maintenance leadership professionals who can really make a difference. It is a privilege to be part of MRG.
How do you add value to your customers?
Being the subject matter expert in engineering and maintenance leadership, I have the ability to excite both candidates and clients and be memorable in doing so. I genuinely love helping organisations across the UK make a real difference, whether that is in a customer-focused or patient-focused environment. With over a decade of experience, and quite a memorable surname, I'm able to engage with people at all levels and solve their problems.
Is there a particular project that you have been involved in that you're proud of?
I'm proud of the Estates & Facilities Technical Manager search with Collegiate UK. A search that had some issues prior to my arrival, and being my first search to work on at MRG. I was able to nail the search, deliver an excellent shortlist and this resulted in a great appointment. I've always seen myself as a trouble-shooter, someone who can be relied on in difficult moments. Long may this continue.
