How has your career at MRG progressed?
Since joining MRG in 2020, my career has evolved significantly. I began as a Practice Manager specialising in Student Accommodation and quickly advanced to Senior Practice Manager, thanks to the supportive culture and well-defined development pathways. In 2024, I transitioned to lead the Sustainability and Energy desk, where I currently focus my efforts. I take pride in contributing not only as a recruiter but also as a trusted advisor shaping talent strategies for some of our most valued partners.
How do you add value to your customers?
I add value to my customers by combining deep market insight with a consultative approach. I don’t just fill roles, I partner with clients and candidates to understand their long-term goals, values, and challenges. I aim to be a trusted advisor who contributes to their success beyond recruitment.
