About Trisha

With over a decade of experience as a designer, I specialise in crafting visual communications that not only capture attention but also convey ideas with clarity and impact. I’ve developed a deep understanding of how thoughtful design can enhance messaging and drive engagement across a variety of platforms.

As a key member of the Marketing and Operations team, I lead the design and development of a wide range of communication materials. These include everything from external-facing marketing to internal documents and resources that support our day-to-day operations. I work closely with colleagues in the UK, Malaysia, India, the Middle East, and South Africa.

Consistency is central to my approach. I ensure all design work aligns with our brand guidelines, creating a cohesive and recognisable visual identity.

What makes MRG 'Different by Design'?

It has to be the people at MRG. I feel incredibly fortunate to work with colleagues across all our sectors and offices, which gives a unique perspective on the talent within the business. People who understand and operate at the top of their game. I genuinely believe this collective expertise and dedication is what makes MRG truly Different by Design.

How has your career at MRG progressed?

When I joined MRG in 2023 as a Graphic Designer, one of the first things I noticed was the openness to innovation—a genuine willingness to listen, embrace new ideas, and adapt. That mindset was not only refreshing but empowering.

Now, as Creative Lead, I have the opportunity to shape and guide the visual direction of the business. It’s an exciting role that allows me to drive engagement and support MRG’s continued growth through thoughtful, strategic design.

Is there a particular project that you have been involved in that you're proud of?

Something I am particularly proud of is my involvement in the MRG brand refresh. Being the creative lead has given me the opportunity to make a change at the most defining moment for a brand. Helping shape an identity and image.
