I’m the Chief of Staff to the India Managing Director, based in Mumbai. My role is dynamic and multifaceted, involving a combination of personal executive assistance, strategic operations, and process optimisation to ensure smooth functioning and effective decision-making at the leadership level. I also lead and support special projects that align with business priorities and long-term goals. Additionally, I contribute across multiple verticals, including human resources, administration, data management, marketing, and research. I actively support recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) initiatives and executive search functions, while also providing cross-functional assistance wherever required. Whether it is coordinating with global teams, refining internal workflows, or streamlining communications, I play a key role in enabling overall operational success and organisational effectiveness at MRG.
