I’m an accomplished recruitment professional with over 15 years’ experience specialising in the Construction and Engineering sectors, particularly data centres, new builds, and infrastructure projects. Currently, I serve as Business Director for Asia, drawing on more than a decade of on-the-ground experience in Malaysia and Singapore to provide deep regional market insight. Over the past 11 years, I’ve successfully partnered with a wide range of clients across the APAC region, including leading design consultants, project and cost management consultancies, main contractors, and major developers. My extensive network and market knowledge have established me as a trusted advisor to both multinational corporations and well-established local firms.

How do you add value to your customers?
I add value to my customers by building a real connection with them. I make it a point to shake their hand and get to know them as friends, not just customers. Then, I do my best to deliver on what I promise. If I know I can't deliver, I don't make the promise in the first place.
Is there a particular project that you have been involved in that you're proud of?
One project I'm really proud of is my role in recruiting for the KL118 project, also known as Merdeka PNB 118. It's the second-tallest building in the world and the tallest in Asia. Being part of such an iconic project in Kuala Lumpur has been very rewarding. Every morning when I drive past this amazing building, I still can't help but be impressed by it.
