Facilities Management is delivered through the unique SEF Joint Venture Partnership, with the University as the majority shareholder. From 1 July 2025, OCS will join, providing administrative and management services.

OCS, with over 50,000 staff and a turnover exceeding £2 billion, is a market leader in innovative facilities management services, including hard services, cleaning, security, and catering, supporting excellence within SEF.

The partnership’s mission is to ensure the campus operates smoothly, reflecting the University’s values and sustainability commitments.
