Inclusive Recruitment
Creating equitable recruitment processes is fundamental to our approach. We work closely with our clients to reduce barriers, widen access to opportunity and help build diverse, high-performing teams.
Our inclusive recruitment approach includes:
- Inclusive and bias-aware recruitment processes
- Competency-based candidate assessment
- Anonymised CVs where appropriate
- Inclusive advertising and attraction strategies
- Targeted outreach to underrepresented talent pools
- Equity, Diversity & Inclusion advisory support
- Data-led monitoring and continuous improvement
- Ongoing training for our recruitment teams to support fair and consistent hiring practices
We aim to ensure every recruitment campaign provides the widest possible access to talent while delivering a supportive experience for every candidate.

Building EDI Partnerships across the UK

In 2023, we advanced to the next stage of the Disability Confident Scheme, progressing from Disability Confident Committed status to becoming a fully accredited Disability Confident Employer. In 2026, our commitment was reaffirmed for a further three years following the successful completion of an assessment.
As a disability confident employer we you are ensuring that disabled people have the opportunities to fulfil their potential and realise their aspirations.

Mindful Employer is a UK wide initiative run by Devon Partnership NHS Trust. Providing employers with easier access to professional Workplace Mental Health training, information and support, the initiative aims to help empower employers to take a lead in supporting the mental wellbeing of their staff.
By signing the ‘Charter for Employer Positive About Mental Health’, MRG have made a public statement of our desire to support the mental health of our staff across the organisation.

We recognise that in order to promote diverse and healthy workplace cultures, we have to live those values ourselves. We are working hard to create and continually nurture an environment where our people can bring their ‘whole self’ to work, feel valued at all times and supported during life’s challenging moments.
From a range of wellbeing programmes to our five mental health first aiders, we’re serious about mental health.
Social Impact Through Charitable Partnerships
Creating positive impact extends beyond recruitment.
We actively support charitable organisations that make a meaningful difference to the people and places connected to our business. Across our international offices, our teams contribute their time, expertise and fundraising efforts to support a wide range of causes that reflect our values.
Over the past four years, MRG in the UK has successfully raised over £11,000 for our chosen charities, including Mind Mental Health Charity, Suited for Success, Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Cancer Centre and Beyond Autism.
Across Asia, we have supported the Kechara Soup Kitchen, Arus Academy, the Kuala Lumpur Turkish Cultural Centre and DBM India.
