About the Role
As Head of Leasing, you will:
- Lead and manage the UK leasing team, overseeing the full leasing lifecycle from new lettings to renewals and rent reviews.
- Drive income generation and value creation across high-profile assets.
- Collaborate with senior leadership across multiple markets to deliver strategic goals.
- Champion innovation in leasing models and capital deployment.
- Build strong relationships with occupiers, agents, and internal stakeholders to enhance portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver leasing strategies aligned with business plans and income targets.
- Lead complex negotiations and high-value transactions.
- Support capital projects and repositioning initiatives.
- Manage external consultants and letting agents.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the leasing team.
