Reporting to the Trust Fire Safety Manager, the Deputy Fire Safety Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of fire safety throughout the Guy’s & St Thomas’ Foundation Trust portfolio.
With relevant training and qualification in fire safety management, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing fire safety strategies, policies, and management plans. They will also be experienced in fire safety management from an operational perspective, including conducting assessments, reporting and incident management.
We are looking for an individual that will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a thorough, methodical, resilient, and confident disposition. They must have the ability to successfully engage with stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring effective collaboration and implementation of fire safety initiatives.
