As a Senior Project Manager (MEP), you will lead a dynamic team of professionals to deliver high-quality MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) solutions for our hospitality projects. Your expertise and strategic direction will be crucial in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to fully understand project requirements and objectives, maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Consultant Management: Oversee and coordinate with design consultants to produce innovative, client-centered designs that meet or exceed industry standards.
- Project Planning and Timeline Management: Develop project milestones and timelines, ensuring they are met by managing resources effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal departments to align on design and project goals.
- Design Review: Manage and review design concepts, from initial drafts to final deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand standards and quality expectations.
- Team Guidance: Provide constructive feedback and direction to team members to drive successful project outcomes.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into project strategies.
- Construction Management: Oversee construction management and coordination activities, ensuring smooth execution of project plans.
- Communication with Senior Management: Regularly report on project progress, addressing any challenges and celebrating milestones, to keep senior management informed.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in project management, with a strong focus on MEP within the hospitality industry.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Cantonese with excellent written English.
