With over seven years’ experience in recruitment management, I ensure that our candidates and clients receive the best possible service for every campaign. This includes coordinating the recruitment process, managing candidates and clients, resourcing, and organising any additional steps needed to ensure a smooth campaign.
Before joining MRG, my experience was in Local Government recruitment. However, I now work predominantly within the Higher Education, Healthcare, Charity, and Public Estates sectors. I take pride in delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet the unique needs of these industries, helping both clients and candidates find the right fit.
